mpower minis is a twelve month program that will give your 3 or 4 year old the required start they need in life for reaching their full potential. Thirteen years of research and understanding has guided the design and content of this program which was academically validated by Associate Professor Jeff Walkley in 2008.

Up until the age of  seven the brain is primarily a sensory processing machine. So most children do not think abstractly under the age of seven. In early childhood, children react and respond to sensations and move their bodies in relationship to those sensations.

This program stimulates fundamental movement through 'guided discovery', while providing sensory experiences for the little body. The senses engage the brain for organizing all these senses by locating, sorting and ordering.
When a child is devoid of such guided discovery it has significant consequences to their overall learning and wellbeing.
